Bouncy Castles

Our bouncy castle rentals are designed for kids aged 1 to 14 years old, with various models to suit different age groups and group sizes.

• Small bouncy castles: up to 5 kids at a time (ages 1–6).
• Big non-commercial castles: up to 8 kids at a time (ages 2–10).
• Commercial-grade castles: up to 10–12 kids at a time (ages 2–14).

Space requirements vary depending on the bouncy castle model. Click “Learn More” on the product page to see the dimensions of each inflatable.
Be sure to allow for extra clearance around the perimeter for safety and access; it is usually reasonable to account for at least 2 feet (60 centimeters) of clearance on all sides.

We offer two flexible rental options:

• Weekday rentals: Keep the inflatable for up to 24 hours.
• Weekend rentals: Self-pickup is available on Friday (4 PM – 9 PM) and return on Sunday (9 AM – 9 PM). Deliveries usually take place on Friday evening or Saturday before 2 PM.

Yes, we offer free delivery in the following areas:

Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. Set up is available for a fee of $30 within free delivery area (waived with commercial bouncy castles).
If you're located outside of our free delivery areas, a delivery fee may apply – please see below for our delivery map with our current party equipment delivery fees.

If you prefer to handle the setup yourself, here’s what you’ll need to do:

• Choose a flat, dry surface (e.g. grass, turf, concrete, or other pavement).
• Ensure the area is clear of debris, branches, or sharp objects.
• Spread out the tarp if installing the bouncy castle on a rough surface.
• Use the provided blower to inflate the bouncy castle via a standard 110V/15AMP outlet.
• Secure the inflatable castle / structure using the stakes or sandbags provided.
• Always supervise children during play on the inflatable structure and around it.

Note: Setup and inflation are quick, but we recommend allowing 10–30 minutes for set up and 5-10 minutes for inflation depending on the model.

• In case of bad weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, or cold), we offer a full refund or free rescheduling.
• For other cancellations, we require at least a 3-day (72 hour) notice, in case of shorter notice - a $100 cancelation fee applies.
