Weekday booking offers equipment for up to 24 hours with a 10% discount. Consecutive 24 hours cost 60% of the rental price. Weekend bookings provide equipment for both Saturday and Sunday with Friday 3–9 PM pickup/delivery and Sunday 8 AM–9 PM drop-off. Soft play rentals are exempt from weekday discounts.

Complimentary delivery is available in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. Outside areas are charged per our delivery map. Setup fee is $30 per item requiring assembly or set up.

Outdoor events with adverse weather forecasts qualify for full refunds or rescheduling without fees. Cancellations and rescheduling require 72 hours notice; otherwise a $100 cancellation fee applies.

For sure! Timely modifications are accommodated free of charge; standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss any changes you'd like to make to your reservation.

We might be able to accommodate late pickups, but it is not guaranteed. If arranged - an additional fee of $50/hour may apply as per rental agreement. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
