Our soft play sets are designed specifically for children aged 1 to 5. They are perfect for birthday parties, daycare activities, or any event where kids need a safe and engaging play environment.
Small soft play set: up to 6 kids. Medium soft playground: up to 8 children. Large soft play & bouncy castle bundle: ideal for 8 to 12 kids playing together.
Soft play equipment can be installed indoors or outdoors on any flat, clean, and dry surface. The exact space depends on the number of kids attending as well as set size. Please check sets for minimum dimensions.
Our soft play equipment is available for the full day with delivery in the morning / early afternoon depending on your event start time and pick up before 9 PM. Pick up after 9PM would be subject to a late pick up fee of $100. Pick up next day is subject to an additional full rental fee

Free delivery and soft play setup is included within the Kitchener-Waterloo Region, and Cambridge. Delivery to other areas is subject to a delivery fee as per our delivery map.
Yes, if you have a flat, dry, even surface and sufficient cleared space. Adult supervision during playtime is always required to ensure children's safety.
Full refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the event. For later cancellations, we offer partial refunds or rescheduling, depending on circumstances.
