Our bouncy castles are available for rent 7 days a week, but you can receive a 10% discount if you book them for an event on a weekday. Weekday rental discount applies for a 24-hour rental with delivery no earlier than 10AM on Monday and pick up no later than 8PM on Friday.

Our bouncy castle rentals are designed for kids aged 1 to 14 years old, with various models to suit different age groups and group sizes.
Small bouncy castles: up to 5 kids (ages 1–6). Big non-commercial castles: up to 8 kids (ages 2–10). Commercial-grade castles: up to 10–12 kids (ages 2–14).
Space needs vary by model. Be sure to allow for extra clearance around the perimeter for safety and access — at least 2 feet (60 cm) of clearance on all sides.
Weekday rentals: keep the inflatable for up to 24 hours. Weekend rentals: self-pickup Friday (4 PM–9 PM) and return Sunday (9 AM–9 PM). Extended options available upon request.

Free delivery covers Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. Setup costs $30 (waived for commercial castles). Outside areas may have delivery fees.
Yes. Choose a flat surface, clear debris, use the provided tarp if needed, inflate via standard outlet, and secure with stakes or sandbags. We recommend allowing 10–30 minutes for setup and 5–10 minutes for inflation.
Bad weather permits full refunds or rescheduling. Other cancellations require 3-day notice; shorter notice incurs a $100 fee or case-by-case review.
